The ticketing system that also handles the POS and the books
Fluvia brings together online sales, POS, access control and accounting in a single piece of software, for swimming pools, museums, ice rinks, sports clubs and buildings. A single chain, from the user’s purchase through to the accountant’s entry.
Four tools that don’t talk to each other
In most venues, each function lives in its own corner — and nobody talks to anybody.
Billetterie en ligne
One provider, its fees, its export.
POS
Another software, more rates to keep in sync.
Access control
Turnstiles that ignore sales.
Accounting
Revenue re-keyed every month.
A single chain, from the sale to the accountant
The same product sells online or at the counter, opens the right door, is sealed and becomes an accounting entry — without re-keying.
Vendre
Online or at the POS, same rates and same products.
Control
The QR ticket opens the right zone, at the right slot.
Sceller
Every sale is chained (NF525 requirement).
Comptabiliser
Entries and FEC ready, on the right account and the right VAT.
Everything a venue needs to manage
The suite’s modules, to enable according to your line of business.
Billetterie & vente en ligne
Rates by season, income-based family pricing, slots and capacities — your shop inside your own website, in your colors.
POS & payment
Fast checkout, accurate Z closing, sealed receipts — the same products as online.
Memberships & cards
Monthly or annual, multi-entry cards, SEPA direct debit and tracked unpaid balances.
Access control
Tourniquets, portillons, lecteurs QR & RFID — chaque produit dit quelles zones il ouvre.
Jauges & pilotage
Live attendance, revenue, memberships — dashboards and alerts.
Accounting
NF525, one-click FEC, Factur-X, deferred income.
Fluvia was born in ITcotation’s development division
Fluvia is not “just another piece of software.” It is designed by the ITcotation group’s teams, which have a genuine development division : sites Web and e-commerce, extranets and customer portals, custom applications, and business software de booking, for caisse, for billetterie and for access control.
This dual culture — the logiciel and the hardware / on-site integration — explains Fluvia’s approach: bringing together in a single suite what, elsewhere, stays scattered across four providers that don’t talk to each other. We start from the operator’s real day-to-day, not from a catalog of features.
Each venue is supported end to end by ITcotation’s teams: data migration, configuration, training, commissioning, then maintenance and a French-language hotline.
Web & e-commerce
Bespoke premium websites, connected to ticketing and bookings.
Extranets & espaces clients
Accounts, documents, tracking — portals tailored to each use.
Custom applications
Specific developments when the existing setup isn’t enough.
Business software
Booking, POS, ticketing and access control — the heart of Fluvia.
One network, each with its own scope
Each staff member sees their site, each venue has its own accounting, management consolidates the whole. And thanks to theITBOX, sales and access keep running even without internet, then resynchronize automatically.
