Fluvia is a brand and a software solution published by ITCOTATION. The solution is deployed and supported (installation, configuration, training, maintenance) by the ITCOTATION group’s teams.

Intellectual property

All elements of the site (text, graphics, images, logos, icons, structure, formatting) as well as the brand and the components of the Fluvia solution are the exclusive property of ITCOTATION, with the exception of the trademarks, logos and content belonging to its partners or manufacturers. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without ITCOTATION’s prior written authorization. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

Personal data protection (GDPR)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”) of 6 January 1978, ITCOTATION, as data controller, collects and processes personal data as part of managing customer and prospect relationships.

Purposes: responding to demonstration and contact requests, managing the commercial relationship, complying with legal and accounting obligations.
Legal bases: performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest, and where applicable your consent.
Destinataires : ITCOTATION’s authorized internal departments and, where applicable, its technical subcontractors (hosting). No data is sold to third parties.
Retention period: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archiving in line with legal periods (notably 10 years for accounting records).
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, to be exercised by email at contact@itcotation.com or by post to the registered office, providing proof of your identity. A complaint may be filed with the CNIL — www.cnil.fr.
